The theme for the month of November into December is redemption, specifically, self-forgiveness. In this energy we each come to realize where we have been holding onto a feeling of self-shame, regret, and/or guilt where forgiveness can be applied…

 The current cosmic energy supports us now in applying compassion, understanding, and forgiveness towards ourselves. These are energies we each deserve from ourselves. And because we deserve those energies, we have access to them… there are portals to the very energies that your body needs to be in its highest vibrational alignment all around you. All you need to do is choose the thoughts that align with the vibrations.

So if we want to align with self-compassion, self-forgiveness, and self-understanding, we must first choose to try to be in those energies on our own volition, of our own free will. Choose to try to forgive yourself and watch how suddenly that energy surrounds and supports you in doing so. This current cosmic energy is offering us uplifting lightcodes of redemption that activate within us as we choose to embrace them.
