All readings must be booked a minimum of 24 hour in advance.
Confidentiality Every session is completely confidential.
Scheduling/Cancellation Every session is scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that no shows, reschedule requests or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged full price for the missed session.
If you still want your reading but can’t make it to your scheduled video or in-person session, you can request a written reading instead.
Refunds are not possible for written readings.
If you need to reschedule your reading, it must be rescheduled with 24 hours in advance, please email Brigette at contact@lovesteadyartslife.com.
Refund Policy Readings with Oracle Brigette are non-refundable.

Getting Ready for Your Reading:
Reading Styles: Video Chat, Written Reading
Video Chat – Be prepared: When it’s time for your appointment, find a quiet, comfortable place where you have good internet connection. Headphones with the microphone are recommended. If you have a specific question or situation you’d like clarity on, you can let Brigette know in advance on the booking form; or, have it ready in your mind to share with Brigette at the beginning of the reading; if you don’t, we’ll do a general reading.
If you can write and listen at the same time, feel free to bring a paper and pen to take notes. If you know how to do a “screen capture” feel free to record your session. Please note that I’m unable to record live sessions at this time
Membership Payment / Subscription Services
- Cancelling your paypal subscription: The fastest way to cancel your subscription, is to log into your paypal account and change your “recurring payment” options. You can also email Brigette at contact@lovesteadyartslife.com and she can delete your recurring payment from her end.
- Refunds are not possible for memberships.
